What is Yoga?

Yoga (Aksara Dewanagari) from the Sanskrit language which means "union", which means "union with nature" or "unification with the Creator". Yoga is one of six courses in Hindu philosophy, which focuses on meditation or tapas activity where one focus all minds to control the senses and the body as a whole. Global community is generally familiar with Yoga as the main training activity asanas (postures) of the Hatta Yoga. Yoga is also used as an alternative treatment, usually this is done with breathing exercises, by the body and meditation, which has been known and practiced for more than 5000 years

About 14 years ago, renowned artist Madonna to follow and practice of yoga that are considered some of the weird and unusual but now many who have followed the practice of yoga, yoga is now not only do residents in the hills of India but made in major cities around the world that this modern , in addition to Madonna the singer Britney Spears, George Clooney and Tiger Wood famous athletes as well do it now. In the country of yoga is also done by some celebrities we like perfections Pink, Widyawati and other artists because they think by doing yoga they already felt the benefits of fresh and youthful.

Now for you when doing yoga?

Well, the simple answer is because it has amazing benefits. The first and obvious benefit is to increase your flexibility and posture. But not that. Scientists say that that has all kinds of stimulating effects on your organs. It has played a big role in the detoxification of the body and all round health.

Yoga can be a good strength builder and can build you a strong core. And make no mistake you will get a cardio workout. You will be panting after the first pair you 1 hour long yoga class. That is a big surprise for me. So do not think that would be easy, it takes effort and concentration.

Another benefit of yoga is a meditative aspect to it. He has a great relaxing effect on the body and really improve your concentration ability.

There are all kinds of yoga out there and you will find one that will suite you. From hot yoga, Power Yoga, is something for everyone. Changes in my life, because Yoga is very good. I sleep better, concentrate better, my flexibility is great and my general health has improved.

So there is nothing wrong if you try to do yoga, get out and look for yoga clubs so you can feel the benefits of yoga for your life is full of thought and pain.
